2009 Brisbane Boat Show Launches

The Brisbane Boat Show will again cruise into the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from August 28-31, 2009.

The Brisbane Boat Show, an annual event now in its 49th year, is the only event in Queensland which brings together every aspect of the marine industry under one roof.  The show has time and again demonstrated that it is a proven location for the marine industry to showcase products and for consumers from  throughout South East Queensland and beyond to browse and make purchase decisions.

Marine Queensland is pleased to announce that there is a 15% reduction on space rates from the 2008 show. 

The success of the 2009 Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show, also owned and managed by Marine Queensland, proves that boat shows continue to play a significant role in the decision making process when it comes to buying a new boat.  Not only did the event set a new crowd record in excess of 31, 600 visitors, Tinnie and Tackle Show exhibitors experienced increases of up to 200% in sales compared to the 2008 show.
