Boating Refresher Course

Have you have had your boat licence for a number of years now, possibly obtaining it under the previous licence testing officer system?

Have you been boating now for a number of years but may have forgotten most of what you once knew when you first got your licence?

Have you had your boat licence for some time but have not been boating and now want to start but do not feel confident with your knowledge or skills to operate a boat safely?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions then this is the learning experience designed especially for you.  

Mr Gary McConnell, President of the Boatsafe Training Association of Queensland states, "If you feel that you just don't know enough or may not have kept up with all the legislative changes over the past years the Boating Refresher Course will bring you up to speed with your responsibilities as master of your recreational power boat.  Attending a refresher course may also give you a few tips on the way you may not be aware of to make the whole boating experience much more safer and enjoyable for you and your or passengers."

The Boating Refresher Course allows you to attend an existing Boat Licence Course and sit in as student taking part in all the activities with the rest of the students.
